Our Massac County ribbon cutting and open house was a success.  We are so grateful to everyone who came out to celebrate.


CASA had a great day at the Hardin County back to school bash on 8/12!!!



CASA of Southeastern Illinois was so happy to be invited to share in the free swim day hosted by Arrowloaf at the Dixon Springs Pool. These kiddos had even more fun than we did!


Our August CASA of the Month is Marie Harrelson.  Thank you Marie for all you do for children and families!


Happy Anniversary!  CASA of Southeastern Illinois is so honored to be able to say that we have been changing children's stories for 25 years.  It was a wonderful celebration, with speakers Representative Windhorst, Honorable Judge Lambert and Mary Jo Agin.  Here's to 25 more years!

Quarter 3 training workshop was a success!  We had 2 excellent presenters with lived experience as youth in care.

We are happy to introduce our newest Advocate Coordinator, Heather Rash.  Heather comes to us from Hardin County.  She is excited to make a difference for the children we serve.


We had such a good time with the children at the Harrisburg Public Library Summer Kickoff Party!


Our June CASA of the Month is Jeannie Cook.  Thank you for what you do Jeannie!


We would like to thank the Poshard Foundation and New Hope Church for their generous donation. As well as Eldorado First Baptist WMU that provided craft items for our summer packs that we provide for all of the children we serve. These are just some of the items we were able to provide for our children.


We were so happy to be invited to the Mental Health Block Party in Eldorado on May 29!

The final week of April was a blur of fun raising awareness about child abuse prevention!


We had 9 Advocates at our Quarter 2 Training Workshop.  We always enjoy having Kathryn Bangs in presenting for training.


Blue Sunday is April 27th.  Please join us in praying to end child abuse!

CASA of Southeastern Illinois had such a great time at our 2025 Totally 80's Trivia Night.  Paul Cummins, a current advocate, did a great job of presenting the trivia!  Thank you to all our sponsors and teams!  We are so honored.


Our CASA of the Month for March is Lu Horning.  Thank you for what you do Lu!


We had 9 advocates for our Quarter 1 Training on 2/26/25.  Rachel from Prevent Child Abuse Illinois presented about Happiest Baby On The Block and Shaken Baby Syndrome.  We always enjoy spending time with Rachel!

CASA of Southeastern Illinois has recently expanded into Pope County. We are so excited to be able to serve the children there from our new office in Golconda!

We got to celebrate summer with our CASA children at our annual pool party on August 3rd at the Eldorado pool.  Thank you to the Harrisburg Lions Club for supplying the snacks!



We got to join Southern Illinois Resource and Advocacy Center for their back to school event.


Please welcome Heather Willis!  She is going to do a wonderful job for the children in Gallatin County.


CASA of Southeastern Illinois would like to thank Macey Jaymeson and Myra Clark for their generous donation from the 5K for CASA fundraiser. What a blessing they are to the children we serve.


We would like to thank the Poshard Foundation for the funding that allowed us to give summer packs to all of the children we serve. Also would like to thank New Hope Church for their generous donation that allowed us to give each child gift cards in these summer packs. These are just some of the items we are able to put in our summer packs.


CASA has been honored to be a part of 2 summer reading programs kick off events!  Thank you Harrisburg and Shawneetown Public Libraries for inviting us :)


In spite of the rain, our 2024 CASA Golf Outing was a huge success!  We send out a heartfelt thank you to everyone who had a hand in making it such a wonderful day.

We are honored to host Lawyer In The Library at our Gallatin County office on the 3rd Wednesday of the month.
