Frequent Questions

This section is a compilation of answers to the questions most commonly asked by our constituents. Just start by following one of the links below. If you can’t find the question you wanted to ask, don’t hesitate to contact us.

  1. Court Appointed Special Advocates® (CASA) are community volunteers, just like you, who stand up and speak out to help children who have experienced abuse and neglect. We need men and women who are willing to commit 10 hours per month to make a direct impact for our children. And make no mistake, these are OUR children. They are children you pass in the store, or see on the playground. They are in the same classroom as your children and grandchildren. Like every child, these children need someone to step up and be their voice, to support them in their time of need.

  2. We’re always on the lookout for individuals like you, who want to make a difference. For more information on how to get involved, call 618-253-3355, email salinecocasa@yahoo.com or submit a contact form.

  3. All financial donations are tax deductible and are used to further the mission of CASA of Southeastern Illinois.

  4. Our organization takes our privacy policy seriously and takes steps to protect and ensure the safety of our supporters. We do not sell or otherwise disclose information about our volunteers or supporters outside of our immediate organization. This policy has no exceptions. We do not sell or exchange your information with any other organizations, public, private or nonprofit.
