Incarceration doesn’t just impact the person behind bars, it ripples through entire families, especially the children left to navigate courtrooms and confusion with little support. This one-hour workshop will equip volunteers with trauma-informed and culturally grounded tools to better understand and assist youth and caregivers affected by incarceration. Together, we’ll explore how to show up with compassion, reduce harm, and create spaces that honor both resilience and grief.
