Upstream Together in Illinois: Policy and Collective Well-Being Panel Event
Join us on ACEs Awareness Day for a powerful panel discussion on how Illinois can prevent Adverse Childhood Experiences through primary prevention, community partnership, and strong policy. With experts from Prevent Child Abuse America, the Healing Centered Illinois Task Force, and DCFS, we’ll explore how collective trauma impacts families — and how upstream supports and prevention policies can build collective hope and wellbeing. In addition to the live panel, the event includes a special recorded conversation with three Illinois State Representatives on advancing primary prevention through policy.
This event aligns with PCA Illinois’ Investing in Prevention Campaign, advocating for substantial and equitable investments that help families thrive long before adversity occurs.
